GGU-TRIAXIAL: "Tau-sigma diagram" menu item

Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item. Proceed as described there to alter the position or layout of the "Tau-sigma diagram" element.
