GGU-CANTILEVER: "Wall pens + colours" menu item

The cantilever wall can be visualised together with the centroid axis. The colour and line type of the centroid axis can be defined if the check box is activated. The cantilever wall colour can be altered to suit requirements using the "Cantilever wall colour" button.
