Using this menu item general presentation parameters can be given, thus influencing the system graphics.

DIN 4019 Table 1 allows correction coefficients kappa to be taken into consideration for modelling settlements. These correction coefficients can be activated using the appropriate check box in the dialog box.

Activate vibrodisplacement compaction adoption after Priebe (Heinz J. Priebe, Die Bemessung von Rüttelstopfverdichtung, Ground Engineering, December 1995) using the "With vibrodisplacement compaction" check box.

You can have the soil designation displayed on the constrained modulus profile. Since the same number of layers is always present in the profiles, you can hide the designation for layers that are not present in individual profiles and are therefore defined with a layer thickness = 0. To do this, activate the "No soil designation, if thickness = 0.0" check box.

"Factor for depths" input allows you to control the length of the profile columns in the presentation. If the "Automatic soil colours" check box is activated, the profiles will be automatically colour-filled by the program. Otherwise, the colours defined in "Soil colours" will be used for the individual soil layers. The selected colour setting is automatically adopted for the constrained modulus legend.

You can also work with absolute heights when using the constrained modulus method. If the "Use absolute heights" check box is deactivated, the ground level will be at 0.0 and all depth input is positive downwards. If the check box is activated, enter the layer depths in absolute values (y-axis positive upwards). You can adapt the designation (here: m AD) in the subsequent input box. The absolute ground level is entered in the "System/Ground level" dialog box.
