GGU-CAD: "Refresh dimensioning" menu item

This menu item allows existing dimensioning to be altered. For example, if the dimensioning font sizes in any layer are not satisfactory, a new font size can be specified in the menu item "Preferences/Default text/pen". By then going to the menu item "Special/Refresh dimensioning" all the dimensions in one or more layers are adjusted. In the same way it is possible to alter the settings in the menu item "Preferences/Dimensioning", such as number of decimal places, dimension arrows, etc., for all existing dimension lines in one or more layers.

This menu item should also be used if the scale of the drawing has been changed. If "Special/Refresh dimensioning" is then clicked, the annotation of the dimension lines is converted to fit the new scale.
