GGU-PLATELOAD: "Weather conditions" menu item

Almost exactly the same dialog box opens with the same preference options as that described in the "Output preferences/Title (change position)" menu item. Simply proceed as described there to edit the "Weather conditions" element.

The input for this element can be edited immediately after double-clicking on the element or via the menu item "Edit/Weather conditions".
